Hey, things keep on getting worse in our economic crisis. It is not just malls shuttering their windows as foot traffic declines year after year. Customers notice that things are getting scary. Let me be frank with you. It has been a terrible era. Jobs are few and bills are many. Let me add that there is an increase in crime.

It is not easy being a cop. Expect to pay more for car insurance. Just now a restaurant worker refused to serve a cop. Badges are more than something people wear. Actually, to a certain extent, it helps to define who we are.

Retail Apocalypse

Retail Apocalypse situation continues to worsen. Actually, one-quarter of all malls that are still open... may close within six years. It gets even worse. OK, so many of the anchor stores are barely hanging on. Just look at sears. They have lost money six years in a row.

Please observe that our stock market is still going up.  However, there is trouble in our main street economy. Yeah, it is imploding right now. Malls are shutting down and stores are boarding up. People are forced to buy health care. That gets more expensive every year. Sadly, this ship is starting to come apart at the seams.

Often we wonder why people argue. Most of the time it helps us zero. Yeah, we get into arguments, but that is a pain. It is true that we lose some and we win some. However, changing the other person's mind is not so easy. Sadly, people are set in their ways.

Instagram is seen as terrible for our young. Basically, it makes you feel so blue, but there it is. Actually, I see it as a major time sink that robs you... of your time which is so precious. Get another hobby my fines ones. Let me add, I do not like to take pictures with my smart phone camera. Yeah, it does not have a zoom.

Home Depot is getting crushed by amazon. Folks, this is one scary game. Just take a look at Borders Bookstore as they are no more. Do hope that the Home Depot can survive. Like they were certainly a favorite of mine.

Get ready for self-driving cars. Yeah, those are near. However, we are not so sure. Like who is responsible in an auto accident and how will that affect your insurance? ⚯

Future of emoji

Future of emoji is awesome. Notice that they grow every year. OK, so we are talking about numbers - not screen size. It is a great journey. Let us work on creating some more.

Turkeys walk and eagles soar. Well, these two as they are in a cage. Basically, their flying days are over. It does break my heart to see the very symbol of freedom locked up in a cage. Somehow, it is wrong.

Riders can tip Uber drivers now. Well, the work pays less than minimum wage. Perhaps we can get a little bit of money. This is great news... for both drivers and passengers. Do hope that things can improve.

The crazy 16 camera has legs as we see. It looks like a smart phone, but they produce DSLR quality images. Well, this is crazy. Basically, it is made from 16 small cameras. Also, it has a computational engine. Like wow, the future is now.

Atlas

Atlas held up the world on his shoulders or so the story goes. OK, so that is how it feels sometimes when there is a very heavy load we carry. Quite frequently, when you are fired from an arduous job, you will indeed feel that a great weight has been lighted off your shoulders and you can walk again. It is great to finally be free once more.

High end

High end is taking a pounding just now. Retail is in a crisis. Well, there is a reason. Please look at workers wages. Those need to go up. Otherwise, they cannot purchase items or services. It does make some sense. The result is the world we are in. Do increase our minimum wage. It will help our poor.

London has red telephone booths that are so iconic. However, most of its citizens use mobile phones now. They may have no choice, but to repurpose an icon. Ah yes, there will be no work for telephone sanitizers it seems.

A field full of flowers gives me joy. Truly, all flowers are amazing. Look at this one. For everyone our sun rises.

Best Buy

Best Buy should worry. Geek squad is a mess. Just look at amazon. They are ready to jump in. The result is for best buy less money. Oh wow, here we go.

Robots

Hey, everybody loves robots except when these metal monsters take your high paying job away. Oh wow, the future is so grim. Robots will take our jobs away. Humans will feel that they have no purpose. Well, that is my prediction, but I could be wrong. Unemployment will rise... so will crime. Funny, how there is a link in those two metrics, but there it is. Do hope that you can retire before massive AI kicks in. However, I feel really sad for our young ones.

Broadband

Broadband speeds are poor. Often, we must wait for a download to occur. This robs time from us. Faster internet speeds would improve our economy.

It was a bad year. There was massive flooding due to too much rain. Did we just say - massive? Oh wow, this will affect farmers crops. Standing water is not a friend of soy or corn. Flooding will affect yields in a very negative way. Expect to see much higher prices. Yeah, going to my grocery is a joy - sarcasm.

Geek squad is in woe. Best Buy is getting crushed by amazon. Sadly, they did not wise up. People are going over to a new service. Expect lower numbers for best buy this year.

People are practicing living on a colony similar to mars. This is good as we will be living in a planet that is far away. Get ready and prepare. The call of space is upon us.

Here is a how to win. Most of us wanna gain success. Well, keep on trying to move on. Remember that hard work is part of the equation we see.

They say what is important is the journey. Yeah, we are told it is not any more... the road we are on. Except the path take us to a destination and often we do not know where we are going even.
