The precipitous decline in home sales is so worrisome. However, we continue to see an ongoing price rise. Folks, most houses are now beyond the means of a common man. Let me not say a woman. They earn even less money than men. It is not just a basic lack of green. Banks are a bit stingy with giving out loans to us. Maybe they do fear a drop in price as in massive. Well, that did, in fact, occur in 2008 and bankers have a long memory.

Oh wow, it use to cost you some minor money. Well, those days are over. People hunt for bargains on Craigslist now. Yo, trust me on this one. Like there are few bargains now and at one time there were many. Frankly, times change as we say. OK, so here is another reason. Digital delivery is easier. Certainly, it costs less money. After all, it is easier to move electrons than to move paper.
