The precipitous decline in home sales is so worrisome. However, we continue to see an ongoing price rise. Folks, most houses are now beyond the means of a common man. Let me not say a woman. They earn even less money than men. It is not just a basic lack of green. Banks are a bit stingy with giving out loans to us. Maybe they do fear a drop in price as in massive. Well, that did, in fact, occur in 2008 and bankers have a long memory.

OK, so magnetic helium makes for a superfluid time crystal - grievous. Folks, this news makes no sense. Still bro, here we are. Trust me, I do not know where to begin even.

Goldfish crackers face a recall just now. It is over salmonella germs. This can make you sick to your stomach or worse. Right now there is a salmonella scare. Hey, it was first undercooked eggs. Well, it seems we cannot eat anything anymore.

Health insurance premiums increase. It will be 15% more next year.  Oh wow, they just keep on going up. Folks, we do not make a lot of money. Actually, this is a real pain.

OK, so we work says no meat for you. They are popular with vegans. However, that does seem a bit intrusive to me. Fellow, you can STOP saying how I should live my life you see. Perhaps, we do need to make the world a better place for all of us. Just don't force it down my throat if you can.

Yo, our rust belt safari might make you wonder if we do benefit from AI any. Technology is no friend of ours. Fact is, high tech often means LOW pay. Do think about all the outsourcing. Most of those offshore computer programmers make less than our minimum wage.

Folks, we see that religion is not as popular as it once was. Certainly, there are a lot of empty pews. Please do not blame me. Hey, I still go to church, but I do notice that few people there are young. In fact, most are getting on in years. Oh wow, we do see a lot of elderly or as we call them now - seniors.

Utah train worker insults female passengers. Fellows, this guy is a real nasty person. Hey, we do not like this guy. Like he should apologize and stop making mean comments that are injurious. Yeah, we did say mean.

Airplanes use giant concrete arrows. Those are a mystery to many. Often, you will be in a desert and see one. Yeah, they tend to be in remote regions. Mostly, they are there to help lost pilots find their own way.

It is not a coming shortage of gas. Work will get done over a screen. It could be a large computer display or a cell phone with a tiny one. Friends, we did not see this one coming. Most of us thought that we would be driving electric cars.

housing is expensive

Americans struggle as housing is expensive. Hey, affording a good home is not so easy. People need to have more experiences. Not all states are same. West coast is very pricey. Need to try the rust belt to find houses at a nice price.

Actually, more movies should show the pain of teenage acne. Oh yes, it is that awkward age. Students are not children and not adults, but have problems that are unique. Honestly, we do not like to see acne. Yo, it is so gross. Still, it is a challenge that we must FACE! I could not resist using a pun.

Remember the good old days with memorable cars. They were a lot faster than a horse - praise Jesus. Still, here we are. Technology is mostly into computers and space travel is not that important anymore. Hey, did we ever go to the moon? 1969 was ages ago.

Kids

Kids love candy and toys, but both are not good for you. Most toys are made of plastic and most candy is full of sugar. Just understand that kids do not even care. Sadly, that really is our case. Just hope that they will be strong and healthy when they finally grow up.

IHOP changes back its name. It was a mite scary. Hey, we do not like the - international house of burgers name. Glad they got wiser.

Microsoft wants a gov crack down on face recog programs. That is the latest sour news. Yo, we like the technology, but it has the potential for minor misuse. Let us exercise some care. After all, it is better if we are safe than sorry.

jaguar escapes zoo

Oh wow, an amazing jaguar escapes zoo. He eats eight other animals - please wait, nine now. Folks, this is serious. I am glad he did not eat a toddler pluck from the mother's arms. Do beef up the zoo's cages.

Silicon Valley could become DEAD-troit soon. Hey, we still remember the motor city and it was so great once. Well, those days are over. Friends, we are in a new era.

Ah yes, newspapers are dying faster than you can imagine. There are many reasons. Craigslist is one. For example, you can advertise that old car. Hey, it use to be on a newspaper years ago. Oh wow, it use to cost you some minor money. Well, those days are over. People hunt for bargains on Craigslist now. Yo, trust me on this one. Like there are few bargains now and at one time there were many. Frankly, times change as we say. OK, so here is another reason. Digital delivery is easier. Certainly, it costs less money. After all, it is easier to move electrons than to move paper.

Best Buy

Best Buy will stop selling CD music. Well, that is some sour news. Customers have fewer options now. Hey, this is not good for us. Digital downloads are just not the same.
