 Fellow colleagues, we are in an economic crisis. That said, here is some arcane news. Mohammed bin Salman, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, launched four new economic zones. I do not know what his reason is. Certainly, the world situation is max worrisome.

18,000 cows

 Sadly, a massive methane blast at a Texas dairy farm did erase some 18,000 cows. This really is some onerous sour news. Well, my heavy heart is filled with sorrow. Frankly, I actually do like cows.

Folks, the situation is serious. There are too many properties on the market now. Also, we are in an economic crisis. Airbnbust is so common. Cities are talking about banning all short term rentals and AIRBNB now. Let us not try to coat facts with sugar. Things might get even worse soon. 

time sink

 Being on high-speed internet is a major time sink and a waste of our own resources. I am so tired of wasting my time in front of a boring blinking computer screen. Yeah, I really need to go out more. Maybe, I should do some exercise. After all, there are certainly a lot of nice places to see. Oh wow, I did say nice. Today the sky is so blue and it is so sunny. Perhaps, I should run in our sun.

 A strict ban on trans student athletes passes congress. It moves to the senate now. Folks, our situation is serious. OK, so case in point, even a supreme court justice does not know what a woman is. Like we cannot make this up. It is simply too crazy insane.

tiny town

 Being in a tiny town is super max. I do like to live in rural regions. Yeah, we do enjoy the wide-open spaces. Frankly, we do have joy in traveling at a slower pace. Big cities are full of pollution and crime. It feels great to breathe in some pure air.

Parks

 Parks are great to spend time in. Yeah, we have a wonderful experience. Sadly, the park near my house is closing down soon. OK, so the city sold the land to a housing developer and one more place to hang out in - is no more. Do wish there was more common sense. Basically, things are going downhill fast it seems.

 Kindness is awesome. Here are some kindness quotes for you. Please remember that for every good deed we do we will receive a reward in the afterlife, but that is what we see. Just hope that God forgives me for all my errors.

 Ah yes, prestigious jobs use to be important for us. However, that quite clearly is no longer our case. Folks, we are in an awesome new era. The world is certainly changing on us. Yeah, that pressing fact should actually amaze no one. After all, we live in an ominous or onerous universe.

 Tween icon era is over. Maybe, that is good for us. Could be that we can even like blame tik tok some more. Frankly, I am not so sure. Oh yes, that it is over. Well, time will tell - as we see.

 A big earthquake could hit tomorrow and many people do need to prepare. Yeah, things are certainly not going according to plan as we see. Sadly, a lot of people would suffer serious injuries. Hey, we did say - serious.

 There are some things we can enjoy. For example, going to a park with a lake or a river. OK, so that view is so serene. I do also spend quality time in a log cabin in the woods up high in the mountains breathing in some pure air. However, I do not like to waste time in front of my computer screen. Yeah, that is a major time sink for me. Best that we find things out in nature to enjoy.

 Oh wow, lunar tourism might cause a moon race. Yeah, this could be the start of a new era. Sadly, back on earth we deal with polluted air or serious crimes. Maybe, we should keep our feet on the ground and forget about colonizing our moon.

Brothers and sisters, here is an awesome news. OK, so a train from miami to orlando is in service. It cost approx eighty bucks one way. Please do get me on the train - right away.

 Let me tell you about the inflation genie. Hey, it is not going back into that pretty bottle any time soon. Expect to see prices rise. Just look at the cost of food in your grocery. Do you see a decrease in prices? Actually, I see an increase. It has gotten worse this year. Maybe, like um next year it will get even worse.

 I have used some AI music generators, but the quality is not so nice. Frankly, we do love to hear an awesome song, but that is not all our music. Yeah, there are some pieces... that are onerous. Hey, that could be just me.

 AMD is on a roll now. Its latest chip has amazing processing power. Well, this is great for gamers. What about the rest of us? Maybe, we can tap into that processor. A lot of graphics programs... they do depend on fast computers with powerful processors and a lot of memory.

seaside towns

 Ah yes, seaside towns are all the rage now. People love hearing the soothing sound of our enormous ocean. It is the crashing of our waves. Basically, we are all so tired and do want to relax some more.

 Here is a new conspiracy theory for you. It is - please hold on to your hat as we say - that the middle ages never occur. Well, that is a big one. I do wonder about all the kings that ruled in the middle ages. OK, so we guess they never were.

 NPR has left the Twitter platform because Elon Musk says they were - government-funded media and guess what - they are. Oh yes, a bit sensitive, those people in our news. Maybe, because the truth is that they say things that are politically correct instead of what is really going on. Best that we keep our eyes open.

Walmart

 Walmart is closing stores due to crime. Shoplifting is a major issue. Frankly, the stores are losing money. Hey, in capitalism, the goal is to make money. That said, we feel there might be other causes. Let's just say we are in an economic crisis.

Netflix

 Netflix is cracking down on password sharing once more. Get ready to pay. Yeah, they do want more coins. Frankly, it is not that much of a pain. After all, all this company has are some crappy movies. These bricks were not popular back when they were released even.

Nature

Nature takes our breath away. Please do look at this awesome river. Just what magnificence do we even see?  Fellow colleagues, we do wonder what a wonderful thing a brand new tomorrow will bring us. Oh yes, we did say - brand new.

 Oh wow, tech companies shed workers are our talent shortage rages on. Do believe this is so serious. Most are trying to trim expenses. Like this is not a great time to be inside the technology arena.

 Machines can indeed beat humans on a reading test, but they certainly do not understand what is really going on. AI has many hurdles to jump. Oh yes, that road ahead for machine learning is going to be a bumpy one.❤

 Disney will soon overtake Netflix in a streaming service race. Hey, I can tell you one main reason. Basically, they have better movies. Also, we need to add that Netflix has been clamping down hard on password sharing for a few years. Blockbuster video did cause a lot of pain... to consumers. Well, they are gone now.

 AI is worrisome once more. OK, so researchers claim that an artificial superintelligence could end all life on earth and perchance our own universe. Folks, we do not believe that is our case. In fact, we do not have good self-driving cars. Like wow, just what can we see on our awesome men in science.

 I got some sour news. OK, so it is for amazon prime uses. Sadly, they are shutting down the amazon drive service. This event will occur next year. Hey, we do wish it never can occur. Friends, I really like amazon. What will they shut down next? Maybe, it will be free prime movies.

 Often, we do struggle with censors. They want to ban much of what they can see. Sadly, we have been kicked off a platform if we have unpopular views. Belief in a conspiracy they accuse. Yet, we do like to live in a world with a wide diversity of opinions.

 Ah yes, old-school trains do bring us joy. They are an interesting part of our awesome immense universe. For some reason... like we really do not comprehend or understand the magnificent world we are in.

 Right now coal plants are being kept online due to the immense failure in the transition to green energy. Folks, we are not making this one up. Let us face facts as our future is certainly not solar or wind power. Yeah, we could say that green power... does seem to me... like a lot of hot air.

 The latest I phone from Apple is even more expensive. Folks, prices do indeed soar. Hyperinflation is on a roar. Wallets are a lot thinner this year. Expect our government to increase our TAX even more.

 Three more Florida beaches are now - no swim. OK, so this is due to dangerous bacteria being in the sea. Hey, people swimming can accidentally swallow the bacteria-laden water and get very sick later on. Friends, I do not like germs. Sadly, this is the world we are in. Please stop dumping raw sewage in our ocean.

 Yo, a tiny village in the far north has the world's cleanest air. Svalbard is the nice name. People should find out more... like about this place that is so nice. Houses are few, but the wide open spaces are many.

 Friends, we see best buy is in trouble and it might not survive. OK, so the major problem is competition with amazon. Yeah, we did say - major. Right now they are talking about firing retail workers and trying to trim expenses. Good luck with that one. It reminds me... like of what we saw last decade with K-mart and sears.

 Basically, we should try to enjoy our warm summer... like when we can. There are predictions that a harsh cold winter is near. Funny, we would imagine... that is not our case. After all, there is global warming.

 Most people believe that a housing crash will occur soon. They could be indeed right, but I think they are so wrong. Here is my very own reason. Inflation is on a roar. Most prices will soon soar. OK, so that would include building materials from which we obtain our new houses so there we are now.
