 2023 is a big year. Yeah, that is the case for clean energy. I do not know what clean can mean. Yeah, it is a bit vague. Well, here we are. People want to be clean and green.

breaking up

 United Technologies might break apart into three separate companies. Yeah, breaking up is not so easy. I do wonder how many loyal workers will lose their jobs over this one. Sadly, that is the story of our new era.

Face Book

 Face Book CEO Mark Zuckerberg is dumping the meta verse. Well, we are now in a new universe. Artificial intelligence is seen... like as the latest craze. Basically, we must all be super crazy insane. All those robots will not be hitting the buy button any time soon. Tell me about how we are suppose to grab some coins. Hey, things do look rather bleak, but that could just be me.

 Twitter is getting even worse. Hey, we do like freedom, and for Elon Musk we do have some praise. However, the blue check marks are no more. Do hope they can fix it soon. Glitches might become even more common.

 Microsoft has more advertisements that they want us to view. Oh wow, more junky programs they wanna cram in.  I am tired of all the hype, but here we are now. Folks, this is definitely not the same company... that Bill Gates ran. Yeah, we do feel that some vital component is missing.

real estate

 Having a little house is better than having none. Yeah, it puts a roof over our heads and gives us a place to call our own. Still, we have seen... that real estate prices are on an increase. It is hard for an ordinary average person... to own a little house now. Most young people are renters instead of owners.

 This world has some serious issues. Poverty is seen as number one. Well, we do know that God says in the holy bible -

 Vladimir Putin is preparing to attack England soon. This is some sour news. Still, it is to be expected my fine ones. Well, it is not a cold war no more. In fact, it is starting to warm up. Do hope that we are wrong once more.

People do remember the silly 60's era. Oh yes, they have warm memories. Still, there were some concerns. It was not all wine or roses. Back then there was the cold war. Russia was our main nemesis. Funny, the more things change on us, the more they remain same.

I am seeing the decline of an empire. Oh yes, it is happening right now. Frankly, it does remind me of rome. Well, all empires do come to an end and our power is on a wane. Sadly, we can see it more an more. Do look at the roman ruins. What do you see? It is almost like looking in a mirror.

 Italy has banned CHAT GPT just now. This sour news does not even amaze us. It is a controversial program. People do fear what is new. Ah yes, they are so afraid that the robots will take over soon.

 Believe it or not - there has been a drop in oil prices. Well, that news is so awesome. Do hope at the pump... that we can even celebrate once more. Oh yes, we can.

Netflix

 Netflix launched just 25 years ago. It has certainly been an exciting quarter century for us. However, who can see... the amazing things that tomorrow will bring us. Maybe, we will have flying cars even. That would be so nice.

retail stores

 Oh wow, retail stores do have serious consumer issues.  Customers are shopping online to save some coins. Basically, it is a few pennies. Still, those can add up. Let us understand the mindset of most of our consumers. They are still waiting for an increase in pay. However, due to inflation, they have to pay more every day and it carries some consequences. Expect to see more retail stores - shut down and board up.

 There is an ancient trick to be more wise. It is thinking of yourself in the third person. Frankly, this is a bit scary. A teacher once told me... that it is also a sign that you are an insane maniac.

 Being a goldfish in a bowl is not a pleasant experience. Yeah, everybody can see us. There is no privacy as in zero. It feels as if we are in an aquarium. Best that we live in an area... that has more to offer us.

 A lot of people are starting to move. Basically, they are going from high-tax states such as Illinois and New York and heading on over to Texas and Florida for fun in our sun. This is a great move. I cannot blame them any. Yeah, it is a great decision to leave a state that is high in taxes and low on freedom and please do remember that Florida in the winter is so warm.

 Boss is a term that is ominous. They do annoy us. Often, it is making us come in on a weekend and there is no extra pay. Well, we do know that we will all be judged on our actions so let us try to do some good while we can.

 Sadly, we really do not understand the world we are in. Yeah, the fact is we have been taken over. Childhoods have been stolen by our computer screens. They do take away a lot of our precious time and add little or zero. Maybe, I feel kind of sad over... the world we are in. Still, that is what we see.

 For most kids, school is a pain. They do not see value in accessing new resources. Often, these are things most do not care to access. However, later in life, they may certainly wish that they had spent more time learning about the universe we are in.

 The internet is a massive time sink and please don't get me started on computer screens. Sadly, the screen does steal our most precious resource. Ah yes, TIME it is. Basically, we do need some more. TIME we mean.

 Disney might be leaving Florida soon. Yeah, this is due to some TAX issues. In fact, they say they are moving to North Carolina - wow. Folks, I really feel like I am inside a FRIGHT mare. Just what is going on?

 Yo, writers have stopped writing and sadly become AI prompt engineers. Often we do wonder whether our technology is a blessing or a curse. Maybe, it is a bit of both, but it does seem... that massive technological breakthroughs often do involve a loss of jobs so for some people they indeed are a curse.

 OK, so the last few years... have not been that good for retail stores as we see. For example, radio shack is no longer with us. Neither is the once colossal giant sears.  People are shopping online in our new era. A big beneficiary has been awesome amazon.

 Perhaps you are feeling a bit of nostalgia just now. Well, the digital walk man is a product cousin Sony is trying to revive. Yeah, folks, step right up. The cost is just $900 - oh yes, nine smokers - yes nine. I am sorry. That is a lot of money.

 CHAT GPT is allowed in Italy once more. Frankly, I do not like the quality of prose... that it can generate for us. Not only is the quality poor. Also, let me add, it is repetitive and wordy to the max. Glad I do not create this programming mess.

 This is not the best time to be a computer programmer. Oh wow, a lot of software engineers are in a panic... they are afraid they will be replaced by artificial intelligence programs. Well, they really do not need to worry. After all, the code written by these silicon avatars is scary poor. Do let me add that it has more bugs than a beagle puppy... like in a field of corn in summer.

 Fellow colleagues, we might be able to bring back the dodo bird in a few years. Extinction might not be forever anymore. Well, that is awesome news. Still, we do wonder if bringing back the dodo bird is such a good idea, but we can guess. My answer is no.

 Like who could have guessed this one? OK, so chess is a new rage.  People in school are playing it now. Hey, this used to be a nerds-only area. Frankly, I am not sure... like on what exactly is going on. Do hope that this will lead to students understanding our world in a new manner.

 OK, so we see things are rather slow in amazon. Growth is on a sag. Do blame our ongoing serious economic crisis. Microsoft is betting big on artificial intelligence. Yeah, they are going all in. However, we do wonder what tomorrow will bring us. After all, there are no flying cars or men on mars.

 For a lot of people, their office job is their main income source. Oh yes, they do have certain side gigs. Basically, we know that Uber is a common one. That said, we need to realize that after you pay gas... let me add, the wear and tear on our cars. Sadly, there is little money. Honestly, it not enough for most to live on. I did notice that a lot of drivers are retired and do rely on that government check coming every month of every year. Uber is a diversion so they can feel they are working and feel their lives have some purpose.

 Tesla stock has been going down now. People are beginning to wonder if we really do need to get an electric car. Elon Musk will probably be quite busy this year. Let us say that things might get a bit interesting for us.

 I do like to see science fiction movies. Netflix does have some. Most of these I have already seen even. Do hope that they get some new ones. Best that they invest money... in getting quality content that we wanna view.

 Apple could benefit from a super app. OK, so the word app is short for an application program. It is interesting that building one is hard the opposite of easy. Maybe, CHAT GPT can indeed come to our rescue once more. Honestly, I do not think so. Hey, those hype mongers tried to fool even me.

 Perhaps, in the future, we will use cars no more. Ah yes, the humble horse will pull us. Maybe, the fuel will no longer be gas. Instead, it will be grass. Yeah, that sounds like an interesting future to me. Let us indeed hope that there will be no more war.

 A study says video games do not harm our young. Well, I am not so sure. Please remember that I once worked for a video game company. That way in the eighties a long time ago. Actually, most of these games were computer programs. Back then they were sold on a floppy disk and it was loaded into your computer.

 Smallville is an AI village is populated by artificial intelligent creatures - wow. This is an interesting game. However, what if these artificially intelligent beings do decide one fine day to take us over. Well, for us... like it might be game over.

 Ohio says natural gas is green energy. Well, it is indeed cleaner than coal in my opinion. Also, it releases less carbon dioxide into our air. Hey, we could go back to horses, but they produce CO2 that could cause... believe me - global warming. Still, there are those that want to worsen our ominous economic crisis some more.

 There is a gas shortage in miami. Hey, it is not hurricane season even. This latest episode is a bit scary you guys. Like we feel that we are seeing things get even worse. Hey, we cannot blame our on going economic crisis. Maybe, we can blame --- global warming.

 OK, so a record number of adults in our USA are politically independent now. This news is worrisome. I do not think this was the case in a previous era. Don't know what tomorrow will bring us.

 Florida gay pride parade is canceled after an anti-drag queen show law passes congress. Well, what can we see? OK, so Disney is said to be canceling its gay day parade and talking about moving to North Carolina soon. That does sound like a great idea in summer. However, in winter attendance might be a lot less than in previous years. People are not that hot for the house of mouse.

 I do feel like we are in a three-ring circus. Well, I am not sure... that there really are three rings. Perhaps, there is just only one. Still, the world we are in... let me say is so worrisome.

 Maybe, I should go on amazon. Then I could buy an automatic mouse mover. Oh yes, that is a great tool to have in our remote era. I am talking about a computer mouse. Frankly, I really do not think that amazon can SELL an organic version.
