The precipitous decline in home sales is so worrisome. However, we continue to see an ongoing price rise. Folks, most houses are now beyond the means of a common man. Let me not say a woman. They earn even less money than men. It is not just a basic lack of green. Banks are a bit stingy with giving out loans to us. Maybe they do fear a drop in price as in massive. Well, that did, in fact, occur in 2008 and bankers have a long memory.

Health insurance premiums increase. It will be 15% more next year.  Oh wow, they just keep on going up. Folks, we do not make a lot of money. Actually, this is a real pain.
