Bank of america reduced loans to home owners. Sadly, they do not want to lose any money. Well, we can understand where they're coming from, but one needs to understand what is going on. What is the banks for loans purpose. It is to make loan for us. If they do not want to loan any money, they are nothing more than a vampire.
