Illinois is sadly one of that worst states when it comes to taxes and expect those to increase some more. OK, so in contrast the next door neighbor Indiana has low taxes as well as a lot of jobs that are high in pay. Still, Illinois has um Chicago which is the 3rd biggest city in america.
